The Broadcast interface allows you to secure your RTE FAX solution.

Why do you need to secure your fax solution ?

To be sure that you do not miss any faxes, even in the case of temporary faults in your physical infrastructure (server, communication card or line)
For optimum management of peak traffic times
So that your correspondents can always reach you by fax, never encountering a busy line or no response

The RTE Software infrastructure takes over from your fax server if needed

When your fax system incurs a fault or experiences an overload of traffic, those faxes that cannot be sent are automatically re-routed to the central RTE Software server (1)
Outgoing (2) : your faxes are transferred to the central RTE server, which then sends them
Incoming: your PABX routes communications which your fax number is not able to receive. The central RTE server receives the faxes, associates your fax number to an e-mail address and forwards your faxes by e-mail

There is no need for an over-large fax installation simply to cope with one-off annual traffic peaks or temporary overloads. RTE Software takes over from your fax system in an entirely transparent manner: your correspondents continue to send their faxes to the usual numbers.

Broadcast interface physical architecture: 1 fax server + 1 communication card
Broadcast interface software architecture: RTE FAX software + Broadcast interface option + Broadcast interface subscription

(1) Agreement to be defined with your operator in the case of absence of PABX
(2) For outgoing faxes, the fault tolerance is limited to lines and cards
