WINDOWS INTEGRATED ADMINISTRATION

The setting up and management of RTE FAX user rights is carried out in MMC (Microsoft Management Console). Indeed, all RTE FAX settings are stored in the Active Directory and can be modified using the extensions integrated into the Windows and Exchange administration tools. You benefit from Windows 2000/2003 administration (remote administration, centralised backup, secured access management, etc.).

User rights
The administrator manages users and allocates them various rights (default cover page, right to change it, unauthorised Fax numbers, billing account, transmission receipt printing, etc.).

Setting up the connector
The setting up of the routing table, irrespective of the method used (DID/ISDN, DTMF, CSID), enables the automatic routing of incoming Faxes to personal mailboxes, mail databases archive folders and/or printers. Numerous settings, such as the optimisation of sending costs by defining cheap rate transmission times are also available.
