RTE FAX user rights can be set and managed in the Exchange administration. In fact, RTE FAX is presented in the form of an Exchange connector, and therefore benefits from all the tools related to the Microsoft messaging service (remote administration, centralized backup, secure access management, etc.).

User Rights
The administrator selects the recording mode for authorised fax users: automatic declaration on the first fax sent, manual or overall definition. The administrator can also allocate users’ rights including: default cover page, the right to change it, non-authorised fax number, billing account, etc.

Setting Connector Parameters
Setting routing table parameters, irrespective of the method (ISDN, DTMF, CSID,...) enables automatic routing of incoming faxes to private mailboxes, e-mail databases, archive files and/or printers. Other settings, such as the reduction of sending costs by selecting cheap rate periods are also available.
