A powerful communication engine, it runs as an NT Service format and offers an exceptional level of reliability. Capable of managing multiple processor architecture, it is evolutionary and can manage increases in your communications traffic up to a maximum of 256 simultaneous communications. Compatible with the majority of hardware solutions on the market (Fax boards, ISDN units and modem racks), it will adapt perfectly to your traffic set-up. Using very little in terms of system resources, it does not require a dedicated server.

Spoolers
Thanks to spooler management, the number of transmission requests is unlimited. These are processed in accordance with line occupation, the time and sending priority. For example, priority management enables you to request a Fax mail-shot to several thousand recipients without delaying the sending of urgent mail.

Server manager
The server management tool enables you to remotely monitor and set-up several transmission engines. In this way, the administrator can have real time access to line activity, the outgoing Fax spooler and traffic statistics and costs. Transmission and reception logs as well as hardware breakdowns shown in the NT events manager are also accessible from this tool.

Security
RTE FAX architecture allows to double fax servers. In case of hardware failure, a NT alert is sent to network administrators.

OLE DB storage
RTE FAX OLE DB Storage is the ideal solution to archive all fax flows passing through the RTE FAX servers. The storage module interfaces with all databases giving an OLE DB provider for Windows 2000/2003. RTE FAX OLE DB Storage is an RTE FAX option.

Intranet consultation
RTE FAX intranet consultation is the ideal, turnkey solution for consultation of the Fax files contained in the database fed by RTE FAX OLE DB Storage. RTE FAX Intranet Consultation permits the display of fax traffic filtered by user or in accordance with other criteria (date, direction of the flow, billing account…). RTE FAX intranet consultation is an RTE FAX option.
