User rights
The administrator configures the connector by allocating different default rights and/or user rights: SMS sending right, unauthorised SMS numbers, type of SMS sent, billing account, acknowledgement, etc.

Routing inbound SMS
Inbound SMS messages can be routed by e-mail to their recipients. An intelligent routing module enables the identification of inbound SMS in response to SMS sent earlier, to direct them to the right recipient. Routing can also be carried out depending on the sender’s telephone number or key words identifying each RTE SMS user at the company. The administrator defines key words, which can be users’ names, the last 4 digits of their telephone extension or any other recognition code.
