RTE SMS enables you to send SMS from your workstation or information system to any GSM mobile phone with a few mouse clicks. That way, you can send written information to colleagues who are out of the office without disturbing them. You also receive automatic notification from your company's information system.

A real time communication tool
Sending an SMS with RTE SMS is as simple as sending an e-mail. You write your SMS using the RTE SMS interface or your messaging system (Outlook, Notes, SMTP). You can enter your correspondent’s mobile phone number directly or select it from your messaging system address book.
RTE SMS also lets you send mail-outs by SMS using your mailing lists, etc. Whether the SMS are sent singly or grouped, the recipients receive the messages instantaneously.

Advanced functions
Message management tools enable the redirection of e-mails or appointments from your inbox to your mobile phone depending on the sender or subject line of the message. Long SMS (more than 160 characters) are automatically split into "message packets" and sent in several parts.
You can also give priority to an SMS, choose immediate or store-and-forward transmission and select the destination of your message (mobile phone screen, mobile phone memory or SIM memory).
