IBM and Microsoft share the professional server market. AS400 servers and IBM UNIX servers are widely deployed in companies. RTE Software solutions adapt to these servers to add functionalities such as a Fax or SMS.

The AS400 connector thus adds the Fax function to applications hosted on medium or large systems (UNIX, AS400 systems) while retaining the possibility of making these application interfaces available to Windows applications.

RTE Software has also developed an SMS connector for IBM systems, which can be used to automate SMS transmission from AS400 and/or UNIX applications.
